On the peninsula of Saint-Mandrier, in a charming and secure residence "Cap Soleil" which gives you free access to two swimming pools facing the sea, three tennis courts, bowling alley, children's playground, table tennis , as well as access to the beach, we offer a T3 on the ground floor completely renovated with a magnificent sea view.Duplex apartment of 65m² with a pleasant 15m² garden overlooking the sea.
On the ground floor: a garden, a large living room opening onto a fully equipped open kitchen, a laundry room and WC.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, one of which has a balcony with sea view, 1 cabin bedroom, 2 bathrooms (shower) and separate WCs.
Private parking within the grounds of the residence, 2 free swimming pools reserved for residents (accessible with a badge) as well as 3 tennis courts.
