I'm delighted to welcome you to my charming 30-square-meter apartment, located on the 1st floor with elevator.
Suitable for 2 people, it's perfect for a romantic holiday!
You'll find shops, restaurants and bars nearby, and the town center is just a 5-minute drive away!

Accommodation
My apartment is bright, well-equipped and perfect for a romantic getaway!
It's located in a beautiful residence with a communal swimming pool - enjoy it to the full! It's open from June 15 to September 15!
You'll also have a balcony with a lovely view over the pretty garden, which you'll particularly appreciate on sunny days!
Sleeping two, it features a double bed in the living room, with direct access to the balcony; a fully-equipped kitchen with dining area; a clean shower room; and a lounge for relaxing after an intense day.
Professional housekeeping is provided before and after each guest.
You'll be close to: Vélodrome Maurice Delaunay (10 minutes by car), Parc de la Porte Royale (11 minutes), and a variety of shops and restaurants.
La Rochelle is the perfect place to get some fresh air and discover a city full of tradition, so start by discovering its must-sees, such as:
- Le Vieux-port (8 minutes by car), where you'll discover the Saint-Nicolas, de la Chaîne and de la Lanterne towers, as well as the famous Aquarium de la Rochelle;
- Le Marché des Halles or the old market (5 minutes);
- Les Musées Rochelais (5 minutes).
And don't forget to visit the mythical Fort Boyard, just 33 minutes away! You can take a helicopter ride over the surrounding area, or sail around it in a sailboat!
You're just a 5-minute drive from the town center, where you'll find everything you need.
For your daily shopping, you'll find Carrefour Market just a 2-minute walk away and Panier de nos Campagnes just 4 minutes.

Location
The capital of Charente-Maritime, La Rochelle is famous for its picture-postcard Vieux Port. Guarded by the Tour de la Chaîne and Tour Saint-Nicolas, the Vieux Port has inspired many an artist. After a stroll along the quayside, visitors are invited to wander through the pretty streets of the old town. Mansion houses, Renaissance mansions and old timber-framed houses follow one another. The many boutiques in the pedestrian and arcade-lined streets are sure to please any shopping enthusiast.
