Beautiful seafront apartment ideal for your beach vacations. The apartment has two bedrooms with a double bed, air conditioning, a fully equipped independent kitchen, a living room with a double sofa bed and access to a large terrace overlooking the main beach.
In the surrounding area, you'll find restaurants, supermarkets, ice-cream parlors and much more.
The building is equipped with an elevator.
La Pineda is a quiet, modern seaside town on the Costa Dorada, situated between the beautiful city of Tarragona and the lively town of Salou, and belongs to the municipality of Vila-seca.
It's the perfect balance for your vacation, especially if you have a family with children and are looking for rest and disconnection from work and the stress of the city without neglecting everyone's enjoyment. You won't be disappointed at La Pineda, which has so much to offer in summer.
Without a doubt, La Pineda's main attraction is its large sandy beach, which makes it particularly popular for family tourism, but not only.
At La Pineda, you'll find the Aquopolis water park (water park with giant slides, pools, marine wildlife shows and restaurants). The Lumine Beach Club, located just a few meters from the seafront, has several pools to try out, a wide range of gastronomic offerings and a golf course.
The Costa Daurada is certified as a Family Tourism Destination. So adults and children alike can enjoy an unforgettable experience strolling along our 9 beaches or enjoying our gastronomic offer, among many other interesting activities.

Pets are not allowed
1st floor. We will be happy to answer any questions you may have to help you enjoy your stay.
2nd. The apartment is rented with sheets, but without towels. Extra charge for towels 4€/person.
3rd. Entrance from Monday to Sunday (express check-in: keys handed over from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m.)
Check-in time: from 5:00 p.m. (if guests are leaving on that day, otherwise from 11:00 a.m.). Check-in before 5:00 pm may incur additional charges.
Check-out time: no later than 11am.
4th. On departure, guests are asked to leave the apartment in the same condition as they found it, the kitchen must be left clean and tidy, guests may not leave their garbage in the apartment.
5th. Respect community and neighbor rules.
6th. It is necessary to present documentation on the identity of customers and to sign the contract.
7th. The deposit will be managed by Apartbeach through pre-authorization of the card.
8º The tourist tax will be managed by ApartBeach and must be paid on the day of entry into the apartment.
9th. Wiffi is optional (5€ per day), it must be booked in advance, as there are some devices.
