Finca located on a large estate of 15,000 m2 with centuries-old olive trees and vineyards. It is located in the countryside, in the area called Sa Coma, in the middle of nature and only 10 minutes from the city of Ibiza. Arriving at the house through the entrance walk we find the access to the house, swimming pool and barbecue area, with a large terrace that borders the entire front, with outdoor furniture, a large table to celebrate your meals and dinners in the open air surrounded by gardens with native plants and flowers.
Going through the wooden door that gives access to the house we find the kitchen with dining room. Equipped with all the necessary appliances. The living room with its pleasant furniture next to the fireplace make it a cozy place.
The 4 rooms (with 3 double beds and 2 single beds) all of them with wooden ceilings, exterior windows and careful Mediterranean decoration.

The pool is surrounded by fruit trees, palm trees and wildflowers. Covered space with a barbecue, a wood oven and a large table to enjoy with your family and friends.
