This apartment comprises a bedroom with a double bed (new mattress since 15.07.22), a bathroom, a dining room, an equipped kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed. It is located on the 4ᵉ floor without elevator.
The sofa is suitable for one person and remains comfortable for short stays.
During your stays, you will have at your disposal: Hairdryer, Television, Coffee machine, Microwave.
Laundromats are located close to the apartment.
Bed linen and towels are not included in the cleaning charge, but can be provided at extra cost.
The advantage of this apartment is that it's in the old town. You'll find everything you need close by! You'll be staying in a shopping district, but the apartment overlooks a courtyard and is therefore quiet.
Discover Annecy and all its places of interest! A 10-minute stroll will take you to Annecy and its historic monuments (the château, the palais de l'ile, the pont des amours, the canals, the little shopping streets and much more), as well as to Le Paquier, the lake and the Courier shopping center.
