Our estate is located in the heart of a natural zone of ecological, faunistic and floristic interest (ZNIEFF). It is recommended for nature lovers looking for calm, rest, conviviality and security.
Presentation
The estate is located in the Gers in the heart of Gascony. It boasts 54 hectares of unspoilt, wooded countryside, two superb lakes of 13 and 2 hectares, and a wide range of facilities. It's a welcoming site where you can keep fit, relax and recharge your batteries in complete freedom, in a secure environment. Swimming in natural water is highly recommended.
Services, leisure activities and entertainment
Whether you're on a slow-moving boat, hiking, horse-riding, cycling or canoeing, the Gers is yours to discover, from valley to hillside and from plain to wilderness.
River and water sports, spa and fitness center activities, fishing, hunting, nature discovery and golf are all practised here.
Motorized sports respect the environment and trails. Skittles, "palet gascon" and "jeux de boules" are the rhythm of the afternoons. Bullfighting (Landes races and bullfights) sets the afternoons alight.
Horse-riding events and casinos in Barbotan-Les-Thermes (Cazaubon) and Castéra-Verduzan liven up the evening with betting.

Description of the region
In this corner of the Gers, the birthplace of d'Artagnan, the sacred fire burns brightly.
Here, we forge a carnal bond with the land cultivated by man: gentle hillsides, lines of vines; valleys of sunflowers and rapeseed. Stones and soils blaze in the changing light. There are no seasons to explore these landscapes.
Water gushes forth in beneficial springs that repair the body in the thermal baths of Barbotan and Castéra-Verduzan, flows with bucolic slowness along the Baïse, and refreshes the countryside with the gentle blue of the lakes.
Here, celebration has a strong, warm taste that awakens your senses, ... like a sip of eau de vie. From Vic-Fezensac to Condom via Eauze, passion devours
the Pays d'Armagnac.
And it's around the table that the gaillards gather, succumbing to foies gras, magrets, confits, pan-fried mushrooms and sweet pastis feuilletés. Shared pleasures, emotions washed down with Côtes de Gascogne, the wines of good cheer. And then there's Armagnac, powerful enough to give you a peacock's wheel in the mouth.
