With a capacity of 10 people, it is composed as follows:
on the main floor: a fully-equipped kitchen, a living room with access to a semi-covered terrace for meals.
A large bathroom with bath, shower and WC,
Two double bedrooms (bed 160x200), one with en-suite shower room and WC,
A third bedroom with 2 single beds 90x200.
Ground floor (independent): kitchen/living room, two bedrooms, one with a double bed (140*190) and one with two single beds (90*200).
Upstairs bedrooms are air-conditioned, only the main room on the ground floor. Internet connection available.
The terrace, part of which is semi-covered, surrounds part of the house and features garden furniture and a barbecue... Nearby, you'll have access to the private, gated swimming pool, offering a breathtaking view of the gulf.
Household linen is provided, but cleaning is not included. If you don't want to do it before your departure, we can offer you this option for 150€ to be paid on site.
Depending on the booking platform, you may be required to pay a tourist tax on arrival (please contact us for details).
