Quiet two-storey house, consisting of 7 flats with 1 covered parking space each, situated in a green and quiet area about 150 m from the beach and within walking distance of all the essential shops: supermarket, newsagent, tobacconist, bars, ice cream parlours, pizzerias, restaurants. Only 5 minutes on foot, there is the Hemingway Park, the most beautiful green lung of Lignano, well structured with bike paths, playground for children and areas equipped with tables and chairs for pleasant picnics in the open air. With a walk of only 10 minutes, you can reach the characteristic centre of Lignano Pineta in the shape of a train, where there are shops of all kinds; among these, some of the most beautiful clothing and footwear shops of Lignano, many night entertainment venues and discos. In the surroundings there are many of the main attractions of the seaside resort: playgrounds for adults and children, such as Junior Park, Luna Park and Aquasplash, the Punta Verde Zoo Park and for the most demanding guests the "golf Club Lignano".
