The residential complex is located 600 m. from the beach and from the centre of Lignano Sabbiadoro where the main shops are located. In the immediate vicinity there are restaurants, bars, pizzerias and the "Junior Park", ideal for the entertainment of children. House has also 2 outdoor parking.
