The flat is composed as follows: entrance, living room with sofa bed and a large terrace with view on the swimming pools; kitchenette equipped with dishwasher, microwave oven, American coffee machine and large fridge with freezer; one double bedroom that can be transformed, if necessary, into a double bedroom by joining the beds; bright bathroom with window and shower. On the upper floor, there are two more bedrooms, one double and one twin, the second bathroom with window and shower cubicle, the air conditioning system with heat pump. The flat is also equipped with: washing machine, dishwasher.
Modern Residence, with renovated swimming pools, a large one for adults and a smaller one for children, lift and numbered parking spaces. The Residence Park is located in a quiet area, near the sea and a few steps from the centre of Lignano Sabbiadoro. Following the central avenue, you can reach in few minutes the pedestrian avenue of the seaside resort, where there are prestigious boutiques, shops of all kinds and places of evening entertainment such as pubs, disco bars, discos, concerts, beach parties. In the immediate vicinity there are also the main services: supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, newsagents. Our guests will be able to enjoy the many attractions offered by our seaside resort: the Junior Park, for the amusement of children of all ages, which is only 200 metres from the Residence Park; the Aquasplash water park; the Gulliverlandia theme park with its beautiful Aquarium; the Hemingway Park with its cycle paths and playground for children; a large and varied Luna Park; the Punta Verde Zoo in the area of Lignano Riviera; the prestigious "golf Club Lignano" for the most demanding; the splendid Grado and Marano lagoons, for lovers of nature
