Just 10 minutes from the Parc des Expositions and the gates of Angers, come and stay in this 6-person gîte to recharge your batteries and enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside.
Renovated in 2021, this former cowshed combines modernity with old-world charm (tiled floor, beams, bread oven, etc.).
The gîte opens onto a large, bright 55m² living room with fully-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, etc.), a large dining area, and a comfortable sitting area with TV. Accessible to people with reduced mobility, the first floor also includes a bedroom with a 160x200cm double bed and a shower room with adapted shower and WC.
You'll be charmed by the wellness room with its old bread oven (not functional): 2-seater whirlpool bath with mood lighting and sound (limited to one use per day). This room is available on a private basis for the duration of your stay.
Upstairs, you'll find two further bedrooms (one with a 160x200cm double bed, the other with two 90x200cm single beds that can be joined together to form a large double bed), a shower room with walk-in shower and double vanity unit, and a separate toilet.
The first floor is accessed via a spiral staircase (which may be a little steep for some).
Enjoy the unoverlooked enclosed garden with garden furniture, barbecue, parasol, deckchairs, swings, etc., and the activities available on site: molky, pétanque court with boules provided, badminton set.
With this gîte near Angers, you'll be 25 minutes from the banks of the Loire and the vineyards of Anjou, and 50km from Saumur and its famous Cadre Noir. Fontevraud Abbey and Château d'Azay le Rideau are less than an hour away. For family activities, reach the Terra Botanica and Anjou Aventure parks in 15 minutes, or the La Flèche Zoo in 30 minutes.
Just 5km from the gîte, you can spend a pleasant day on the banks of the Loir with its beach, picnic tables, children's play area, "guinguette", fishing, ... (supervised swimming in July and August).
Stay with baby, full equipment on request: cot, changing table, bath, gate, high chair.
Wifi internet connection, bike storage and car parking available. Electric vehicles cannot be recharged in the gîte. Classic electric terminal in Seiches (3 km).
