South-facing with view of the garden and the Tartaret volcano.
2nd floor, wood parquet floor covered with lino.
Built in the 50's. Soundproof windows to latest standards.
Capacity: 2 adults maximum.
Studio includes :
- 1 living room/kitchen (fridge, coffee-maker, microwave, crockery, table, chairs, sideboard, 2 armchairs and coffee table).
- 1 bedroom (140cm bed and 1 chest of drawers). SHEETS NOT PROVIDED.
Satellite dish directed to Eutelsat, French TNT channels.
- 1 bathroom (sink, shower and toilet).
- 1 reserved parking space in the courtyard.
