The maintenance of the building is somewhat neglected. Particularly the seaward façade and the rough concrete balconies on the residential side (holes, moss... a "lick" of paint is really necessary to restore its shine.

Photos do not correspond to all units (only 2 units for 4 people with sea view) not specified in the advert. Pool "squatted" by people swimming with their clothes on, dangerous to go in with children. Loud music and crowded pool. Other problems solved during stays (TV, shower, clic clac...)
