Nestled on the garden level of a charming little condominium, with its own entrance and parking space, this 45 m² duplex offers you a pleasant living experience, enhanced by a terrace and garden.
On the first floor, you'll find a bright, south-facing living room with a corner sofa that converts to a bed (140 cm - sleeps 2), a TV and a dining area. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge (with freezer), microwave and 4-burner gas stove, washing machine and dishwasher.
On the second floor (about ten steps), a landing leads to a separate toilet, a bathroom and a west-facing bedroom with a 90cm bed and a 90cm trundle bed, with access to the terrace. A pantry offers practical storage space.
The west-facing terrace of approx. 12 m² on the second floor offers a commanding view over the greenery and the Moulleau district. The south-facing garden, surrounded by greenery, is furnished for relaxing outdoors. One or two vehicles can be parked in the driveway.
This easy-to-maintain family apartment is ideally located right next to shops (bakery/pastry shop, grocery store, cafés/restaurants) and the beach!
