The outside area of the house is perfect to enjoy the good weather on the island. You can sunbathe on the sunbeds, prepare a succulent barbecue or have an snack before going for a walk in this exclusive area of Mallorca.
On the lower level of the building you will find access to the beautiful traditional style interior where you have a comfortable living kitchen with TV and ceramic hob; a bedroom with a double bed and AC; and a bathroom with a shower. In addition, the house is equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. And we can offer you a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with your baby.
Portals Nous boasts a relaxed and friendly atmosphere and it stands out for being next to one of the most luxurious ports on the island, which gives it that cosmopolitan and exclusive air. The necessary services for an independent stay such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc. are just a short walk from the house. Also the beach -sa Caleta de Portals Nous- is only 450 meters away. And if one day you feel like it, you can practice golf at the Son Muntaner course, which is only 10.6 km away.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax.
