New 64m2 apartment with terrace overlooking Lake Annecy, just 5 minutes' walk from the lake and the Old Town...

Located at the entrance to the center of Annecy, 300 m from Lake Annecy, 15 minutes' walk from the train station and close to all amenities.
You'll reach the lake and the Paquier (a large stretch of grass bordering the lake) in less than 5 minutes on foot.

In a new building, discover a tastefully decorated apartment for up to 4 people, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and separate toilet.

Each bedroom has a large double bed (160x200 cm) and plenty of storage space.
In the living room, you'll find a TV with international channels opening onto a large terrace.
Fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine and high-speed WiFi.
Linen will be provided for your stay.

ATTENTION: a construction site is currently underway near the apartment.

The apartment is located on the 7th floor with elevator.

To guarantee your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases safely.
Numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance; you'll be able to get around on foot throughout your stay.
Bicycle hire nearby (a superb cycle path runs all the way around the lake).

Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is renowned for the quality of its environment and quality of life.
Benefiting from a remarkable site downstream from the lake, it has been able to maintain its architectural and historical heritage, rehabilitate its old quarters, restore the transparency of the lake's waters through work that is often cited as an example, and flourish its canals, to which it owes its name of "Venice of the Alps".

Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if an independent arrival solution cannot be found, a supplement of €20 will be charged.

If the accommodation is available earlier, we will be delighted to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the day.
Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation is not collected that evening.

    almost perfect everything is clean, new, perfect surface for 3 or 4pers; everything is there, tv, sofa, radio, very complete kitchen all the electrics are there + all the utensils, top-of-the-range beds, comfortable bathroom, the owner made the place, the arrangements are numerous I put one star less on the environment because the sight of the balcony is not really on the lake and in 3 months there will not be any more sight because the buildings in construction in front will not help for the sight. On the photo, it's the top floor in gray in the center, with the balcony at an angle below, I think. Please note that the parking space in the basement is perfect, except for the length: my 307SW had a margin of 10cm behind and 15cm in front... a big thank you in any case to the owner, to the pleasant concierge and to locasun for proposing this apartment. an ideal city-center address if you come by train, which is a 20-minute walk away.
