The perfect studio to enjoy your vacation at Lake Annecy, 20m² of waterfront charm!
The studio is located on one of Annecy's most beautiful avenues: Avenue d'Albigny. With your feet in the water as you cross the street, you're less than 5 minutes' walk from the Impérial beach, the shops in the Albigny district and Annecy's Old Town.
Also just behind: the Parmelan shops (Galeries Lafayettes, bakery, newsagents, etc.).
The bedroom is equipped with a 140x200cm double bed, wall-mounted TV and dining area.
Equipped kitchenette: microwave, kettle and coffee machine.
The apartment is also equipped with high-speed WiFi.
Outside, you'll be able to enjoy sunny days in the park!
Linen is provided for your stay.
️ Unless indicated: in France the bathroom is composed (of a shower or a bathtub), the toilet is separate. We remain at your disposal for any further information on this subject.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with elevator.
️For parking, numerous (paying) parking spaces in the street and the neighboring one.
Important: the apartment is non-smoking.
To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
Numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance; you'll be able to get around on foot throughout your stay while leaving your car in the garage.
Bicycle hire nearby (a superb cycle path runs all the way around the lake).
Annecy, the capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountainous setting, is renowned for the quality of its environment and quality of life.
Benefiting from a remarkable site downstream from the lake, Annecy has maintained its architectural and historical heritage, rehabilitated its old quarters, restored the transparency of the lake's waters through work that is often cited as an example, and flourished its canals, to which it owes its name of "Venice of the Alps".
Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if an independent arrival solution cannot be found, a supplement of €20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier, we will be delighted to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the day.
Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation is not collected that evening.
