Living room with a magnificent open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen for preparing meals just like at home. The living room opens onto a lovely terrace with garden furniture, overlooking the typical colorful buildings of the lively old town.
On the night side, you'll find a lovely bedroom with a 140 x 200 cm bed. Possibility of accommodating 2 extra people in the living room: sofa bed with 140 x 200 cm bed. All bedding is new and has been carefully selected for its quality.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor with elevator.
Accessible bicycle storage in the building. Lodging accessible by elevator (access after 3 steps).
️️️ For a few months Opposite the building there is renovation work by a hotel which may cause inconvenience during the week.
️ The apartment is located in a pedestrian street. Parking is available in neighboring streets (paying during the day but free in the evening and on Sundays) or at the Hôtel de Ville or Bonlieu underground parking lots.
The concierge will welcome you with a mask, and we ask you to wear yours at check-in and check-out. In addition to cleaning the apartment, door handles and furniture are disinfected just before your arrival. Linen is professionally laundered.
To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly recommend that you use the "Lockin" luggage storage facility at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
