The bedroom has a double bed. You can enjoy the balcony after a beautiful day by the lake or in the mountains.
The apartment is equipped with a TV, high-speed wifi (fiber connection), and all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay, such as a NESPRESSO coffee machine.
The bathroom has a shower and WC. WC and bathroom are not separate.
Bed linen, towels and kitchen towels are provided for your stay.
The apartment is located on the 5th floor with elevator.
Numerous restaurants and shops are within walking distance; you'll be able to get around without a car throughout your stay.
The lake is a 5-minute walk away (Albigny beach). Bikes for hire nearby (a superb cycle path runs all the way around the lake).

Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and quality of life.
Benefiting from a remarkable site downstream from the lake, the town has maintained its architectural and historical heritage.
Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if an independent arrival solution cannot be found, a supplement of €20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier, we will be delighted to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the day.
Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation is not collected that evening.
To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
