Modern house located in Seville's emblematic historic center, in the Arenal district. Just a few minutes from the cathedral, Giralda, Archivo de Indias, the famous Torre del Oro, the Guadalquivir river, the Maestranza theater and Seville's bullring.
Top-quality materials were used in the renovation, preserving the original essence of the house. Its 6 en suite bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, two terraces, 2 lounges and views will not leave you indifferent.
The best layout and distribution have been sought for the comfort and convenience of guests. A unique home, renovated with great taste and detail. In rehabilitating the same, the characteristics and history of the house were taken into account, retaining some of its old materials such as its stones, bricks ... providing them with light and integrating them into the house, seeking a luxury, elegant and ideal decoration while retaining the essence of the property itself.
Entering from the street through a modern, elegant main door, we reach the first floor entrance hall, where we also find a bedroom with an en suite bathroom suitable for the disabled. It has two 90x190 single beds. Also on the first floor, we find the second bedroom with en suite bathroom and two single beds 90x190. On this floor we find the elevator that gives access to the rest of the upper floors.
Via the house's beautiful staircase, preserving its original stonework, we reach the second floor where there are three bedrooms, two of them with two single beds each measuring 90x190 and the other with a double bed measuring 150x190. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. There's also a small laundry room with washer/dryer and sink.
The second floor leads to the last bedroom, with a 180x200 bed and en suite bathroom. On this floor, we also find the beautiful living room with large designer furniture, as well as the modern kitchen integrated into the living room and equipped with everything you need.
In the attic and on the top floor, a beautiful living room with sofa, tv, etc., divides the two private terraces of the house. Both have garden furniture and are perfect for enjoying Seville's pleasant climate and year-round sunshine. In addition, the top floor also has a courtesy bathroom for enjoying the terrace.
The house is located in Calle General Castaños nº 13, a very central area, surrounded by large monumental buildings of Sevillian architecture. In the same area, there are supermarkets, pharmacies, small stores and traditional businesses, churches, as well as countless restaurants and tapas bars where you can enjoy the city's best gastronomy.
Towels and bed linen are provided according to the number of occupants in the booking.
