This pretty studio on the 1st floor comprises:
- a large living room,
- a fully equipped open kitchen,
- a bathroom with large shower (Italian style) and WC.
The apartment has a sleeping area: a convertible sofa bed in the living room. This is fitted with a mattress topper for added comfort. The apartment is equipped with a fan for warm summer nights.
Travel in comfort thanks to the apartment's facilities, including kitchen equipment (fridge, hob, Dolce Gusto coffee maker (capsules not supplied), toaster, microwave, complete kitchen set, high bar and stools, etc.), bed linen and towels for 2 on arrival.
Following your reservation: To guarantee you a comfortable stay and to keep our apartments up to your expectations, all our reservations are guaranteed via a trusted third party "Swikly". After confirming your booking, you will receive an email from "Swikly" asking you to verify the validity of your credit card. This verification provides us with a guarantee in the event of an incident occurring in the apartment, and does not lead to your credit card being debited or blocked. Please note that without this credit card verification, access to the apartment will not be sent and your reservation will not be reimbursed. The cleaning fee also includes bed linen and towels, so leave with peace of mind! Due to health and safety regulations, bed linen and towels will be left on your bed.
This is shared accommodation! All cleaning costs are donated to two associations (E.S.A.T. handicapped workers and solidarity cleaning).
