The apartment has a sleeping area: a convertible sofa bed in the living room. (Shutters on all windows for protection from the sun or for darkness at night. Not overlooked!)
Travel in comfort thanks to the apartment's facilities, including TV, Wi-fi, kitchen equipment (microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine - capsules not supplied - , hob, fridge, bar and high stool, full set of crockery, etc.), washing machine, fan, bed linen and towels for 2 on arrival.
Following your reservation: To guarantee you a comfortable stay and to keep our apartments up to your expectations, all our reservations are guaranteed via a trusted third party "Swikly". After confirming your booking, you will receive an email from "Swikly" asking you to verify the validity of your credit card. This verification provides us with a guarantee in the event of an incident occurring in the apartment, and does not lead to your credit card being debited or blocked. Please note that without this credit card verification, access to the apartment will not be sent and your reservation will not be reimbursed. Located in a quiet neighborhood, close to all amenities. You'll find nearby brasseries, bars, restaurants, and convenience stores.
Presqu'île is a new district in Grenoble that's home to all the biggest companies in the Grenoble area: Minatec, Cea, ST, Schneider etc... But also the Palais de Justice, the business school and the International School. A very safe, heterogeneous neighborhood of high standing. Busy during the day, but very quiet evenings and weekends!
Getting around
Streetcar B: Between the Presqu'il and the Domaine Universitaire, you'll pass by the train station, the city center and the La Tronche hospital.
The residence has its own private parking lot, where you can park for free if there's space.

The cleaning fee also includes bed linen and towels, so you can leave with peace of mind! Due to health and safety regulations, bed linen and towels will be left on your bed.
This is shared accommodation! All cleaning costs are donated to two associations (E.S.A.T. for disabled workers and nettoyage solidaire).
