Located on the main road from Grenoble to Corenc.

A bus network passes right in front of the building to reach Grenoble city center or go to the Grésivaudan valley.

Parking is available around the building (at a charge during the day, except on Sundays), as well as in the surrounding parking lots.

A short walk will take you to the hospital in La Tronche, where you can catch the streetcar to Grenoble, whose historic center is a 15-minute walk along the quays, making for a pleasant stroll.
The Chemin de la Bastille also starts just above the apartment, and a short hike will take you up to the Fort on foot (the less adventurous can take the bubbles from Grenoble).
There's a small supermarket right next door to do the shopping you'll need for a few nights' stay, and you'll find a number of local shops in the street, as well as a pizzeria and the popular "Le Duo" restaurant.

After confirming your booking, you will receive an email from "Swikly" asking you to verify the validity of your credit card. This verification provides us with a guarantee in the event of an incident occurring in the apartment, and does not lead to your credit card being debited or blocked. Please note that without this credit card verification, access to the apartment will not be sent and your reservation will not be reimbursed. Nb: This guarantee system is also authorized by the platforms.

We are discreet and you have independent access to the accommodation. We are in Grenoble and available for all your requests!
The cleaning fee also includes bed linen and towels, so you can leave with peace of mind! Due to health and safety regulations, bed linen and towels will be left on your bed.
This is shared accommodation! All cleaning costs are donated to two associations (E.S.A.T. for disabled workers and nettoyage solidaire).
