The apartment has 2 sleeping areas: a bedroom with double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. (All windows have curtains and shutters).

Travel in comfort thanks to the apartment's facilities, including kitchen equipment (crockery for 4, Bosch Tassimo capsule coffee maker - capsules not supplied, oven, fridge/freezer, etc.), storage space (dressing room), washing machine, bed linen and towels for 4 on arrival.
Heating is individual.

Following your reservation: To guarantee you a comfortable stay and to keep our apartments up to your expectations, all our reservations are guaranteed via a trusted third party "Swikly". After confirming your booking, you will receive an email from "Swikly" asking you to verify the validity of your credit card. This verification provides us with a guarantee in the event of an incident occurring in the apartment, and does not lead to your credit card being debited or blocked. Please note that without this credit card verification, access to the apartment will not be sent and your reservation will not be reimbursed. Located in a very quiet residential area with local shops on Cours Berriat, you have a supermarket near the home. Fast, direct access (3 min) to GEM.

Getting around:
Streetcar B: 2 min walk to downtown, Presqu'Île, train station (5 min walk)
Direct access from the expressway, exit 2.

Parking is available in the residence parking lot.

We are discreet and you have independent access to the accommodation. We are in Grenoble and remain available for all your requests!
The cleaning fee also includes bed linen and towels, so leave with peace of mind! Due to health and safety regulations, bed linen and towels will be left on your bed.
This is shared accommodation! All cleaning costs are donated to two associations (E.S.A.T. for disabled workers and nettoyage solidaire).
