This T2 in the hyper center, on the 2nd and last floor without elevator of a typical Grenoble building consists of:
- a beautiful living room,
- a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room,
- a cocooning bedroom upstairs,
- a classy bathroom (walk-in shower, vanity unit with mirror and backlit towel warmer).
The whole apartment is very bright, thanks to a skylight formed by the very large velux window that illuminates the apartment! At night, you can close it with an electric blind.
The apartment has 2 sleeping areas: a bedroom with double bed (windows with curtains and roller shutters) and a sofa with convertible sofa bed in the living room (velux window with manual blind).
Travel in comfort with the apartment's facilities, including TV, free wifi connection, washing machine, kitchen equipment (Dolce Gusto Krups coffeemaker (capsules not included), kettle, microwave, fridge/freezer, hob, high table for 4), bed linen and towels for 4 on arrival.

Hyper center, pedestrian district, near 2 of Grenoble's historic streets: Grande Rue and Rue Lafayette. You'll find all the life of Grenoble there :) Plenty of stores, restaurants and 2 steps from the famous Place Grenette (which is getting a facelift this spring to make it even more welcoming) and its cafés, terraces and Galeries Lafayette. Ideal for visiting Grenoble's historic center!
Halles covered market 3 minutes' walk away: delicious produce in a historic building!
Jardin de ville and its shady terraces in summer (preferable to the very hot Place Grenette!)
Grenoble's oldest restaurant nearby: La Table Ronde since 1739!
Getting around:
Sainte Claire les Halles stop, streetcar B 3 min walk away (train station/presqu'île-centre ville-université link) or Hubert Dubedout stop, streetcar B but also A 4 min walk away (train station-centre ville-Chavant-Echirolles/Grand Place link)
Parking is available in the streets around the building (paid during the day, except on Sundays), as well as in nearby parking lots: parking Lafayette (3 min. walk), parking place Vaucanson or parking du Musée (5 min. walk, higher parking).
