The apartment has two sleeping areas:
- a mezzanine bedroom with queen-size double bed The apartment is equipped with velux windows and blinds, for a quiet night in the dark!
- a double sofa bed in the living room.
Travel in comfort thanks to the apartment's facilities, including TV, free wifi connection, library, kitchen equipment (Krups Nespresso machine (capsules not supplied), kettle, microwave, fridge/freezer, etc.), plenty of storage space (cupboard and closet), bed linen and towels for 4 on arrival.
Following your reservation: To guarantee you a comfortable stay and to keep our apartments up to your expectations, all our reservations are guaranteed via a trusted third party "Swikly". After confirming your booking, you will receive an email from "Swikly" asking you to verify the validity of your credit card. This verification provides us with a guarantee in the event of an incident occurring in the apartment, and does not lead to your credit card being debited or blocked. Please note that without this credit card verification, access to the apartment will not be sent and your reservation will not be reimbursed. Located in Grenoble's hyper-center district, you have a grocer, tobacconist, bakery, pharmacy and restaurant all within a 1-minute walk. The historic city center with its pedestrian streets, stores, bars and restaurants is just 2 steps away. You'll even find a cinema 2 minutes' walk away, and if you're here to do your paperwork, the Préfecture is just 5 minutes' walk away!
Getting around:
Numerous public transport options (Tram A, Verdun Préfecture stop or Tram A or B, Hubert Dubedout stop) serve the city and surrounding area within a 3-minute walk.
You can explore the city and neighborhood on foot or by bike.
Parking is available around the building (at a charge during the day, except Sundays), as well as in nearby parking lots. Indigo parking lot at the foot of the building.

This is shared accommodation! All cleaning costs are donated to two associations (E.S.A.T. for disabled workers and nettoyage solidaire).
