Modern and bright two-room apartment for 4 people. It is located rue des Clercs in the pedestrian center of Grenoble on the 4th floor with elevator of a very nice building.
1 bedroom with a Futon bed + 1 Futon 2-seater mattress in the living room (to be unfolded if required).
The apartment is very quiet, overlooking a pleasant inner courtyard. Completely renovated and decorated with care, it is very well equipped and has an independent kitchen. The view is unobstructed, with glimpses of the Belledonne and Taillefer mountains. It's an ideal base for a business trip or for discovering Grenoble and its magnificent region.
This beautiful apartment comprises :
- a large, cosy living room with sofa, armchair and table for eating or working (office chair);
- a separate, fully-equipped kitchen: induction hob and oven, Dolce Gusto coffee maker (capsules not supplied), kettle, fridge/freezer, kitchen utensils;
- a bedroom with a Japanese "Muji" double bed and futon (220 x 160 cm) + a second 2-seater futon mattress on tatami mats in the living room, to be unfolded if required;
- an attractive bathroom with walk-in shower and hairdryer;
- separate toilet;
- plenty of storage space.
Travel in comfort thanks to the apartment's facilities:

You're in Grenoble's historic, pedestrian district: numerous stores, bookstores, boutiques, markets, cafés, restaurants and museums in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. For the more sporty, you can run or walk from the apartment to Bastille or the banks of the Isère.
Getting around:
Numerous public transport options, including the "Hubert Dubedout" streetcar stop on streetcar lines A and B, serve the city and surrounding area within a 2-minute walk.
You can explore the city and neighborhood on foot or by bike.
Parking: 3 covered parking lots (paying) within a 5-minute walk (Museum, Galeries Lafayette, Philippeville). Parking is also available in the surrounding streets (paying during the day, except on Sundays).
