It comprises a living room, with an ingenious bed that converts into a sofa for the day.

Following your reservation: To guarantee you a comfortable stay and to keep our apartments up to your expectations, all our reservations are guaranteed via a trusted third party "Swikly". After confirming your booking, you will receive an email from "Swikly" asking you to verify the validity of your credit card. This verification provides us with a guarantee in the event of an incident occurring in the apartment, and does not lead to your credit card being debited or blocked. Please note that without this credit card verification, access to the apartment will not be sent and your reservation will not be reimbursed. Garbage garbage cans are located on the street below the studio.
We are discreet and you have independent access to the apartment. We're based in Grenoble and available for all your requests!
The cleaning fee also includes bed linen and towels, so you can leave with peace of mind! Due to health and safety regulations, bed linen and towels will be left on your bed.
This is shared accommodation! All cleaning costs are donated to two associations (E.S.A.T. handicapped workers and solidarity cleaning).
️ Please note that arrival is possible from 17:00. If you wish to arrive earlier, please contact us in advance. Check-out is also possible up to 10:00 am. For late check-out, please contact us in advance. An additional charge of €24 (incl. VAT) applies in both cases.
If you bring your pet with you, we will charge €12 (incl. VAT) per pet per day.
