It comprises :

- a bathroom with shower;
- separate WC.
The apartment has two sleeping areas:
- a sofa bed in the living room;
- a double bed in the bedroom.
Travel in comfort thanks to the apartment's facilities, including TV, kitchen equipment (oven, microwave, fridge, toaster, coffee machine, etc.), washing machine, bed linen and towels for 4 on arrival.

After confirming your booking, you will receive an email from "Swikly" asking you to check the validity of your credit card.
This verification provides us with a guarantee in the event of an incident occurring in the apartment, and does not result in your credit card being debited or blocked.
Please note that without this bank verification, access to the apartment will not be sent and your reservation will not be reimbursed.
Nb: This guarantee system is also authorized by the platforms.
We are discreet and you have independent access to the accommodation. We're based in Grenoble, France, and we'll be happy to answer any questions you may have!
The cleaning fee also includes bed linen and towels, so you can leave with peace of mind! Due to health and safety regulations, bed linen and towels will be left on your bed.
This is shared accommodation! All cleaning costs are donated to two associations (E.S.A.T. handicapped workers and cleaning solidarity).
️ Please note that arrival is possible from 17:00. If you wish to arrive earlier, please contact us in advance. Check-out is also possible up to 10:00 am. For late check-out, please contact us in advance. An additional charge of €24 (incl. VAT) applies in both cases.
If you bring your pet with you, we will charge €12 (incl. VAT) per pet per day.
