This 27 m2 studio for 4 people is located on the 3rd floor (no elevator), with a 6 m2 south-facing terrace overlooking the canal and the residence pool.
Your children are welcome in this property.
An alcove at the entrance, separated from the living room by a door, has two bunk beds with new, quality 80x190 mattresses, and a sofa bed in the living room (140x190).
A recently fitted kitchen (microwave, coffee maker, electric hob, dishwasher, oven, toaster) opens onto the living area, with dining area, sofa and TV.
Bathroom with shower cubicle and separate WC.
Communal, unnumbered parking.
Bike parking available within the residence.
The apartment does not have WI-FI, but you can ask the agency for a WI-FI box (5GB per day) at a cost of €7 per day or €39 per week.
Sheets, towels and tea towels are not provided in this apartment. You can request them from the agency if necessary.
Rental price: €15 per bed for sheets.
