A staircase leads from the entrance to the 1st floor. There's an open-plan fitted kitchen and 27m2 dining room (table, 6 chairs, hi-fi system), followed by a 23m2 bedroom.
Access to the 2nd floor via a wooden staircase: 1 mezzanine of 26m2, where you can relax in the 2 sofas in the living room with exposed beams (100 cm TV, DVD, HIFI column with telephone charger. A bar with a mini-fridge (excluding drinks) is also available. On the same floor, you'll find a bathroom with double basins, toilet, shower (90cm) and a washer-dryer.
Continuing on (slight step), access a 22m² bedroom with exposed beams, fully equipped for 2 people. Wifi access. Electric heating. Umbrella bed. All 4 rooms are equipped with fans for hot weather.
During the summer season only, a 22m2 relaxation room (TV, fridge/freezer, games, etc.) is available on the ground floor, as well as an outdoor lounge set, a table with 4 armchairs. On sunny days, you can sit back and relax in the 18m2 private courtyard.
The owner lives next door and will be delighted to help you plan your stay. Ideal for your activities, the Saint Clément leisure park, 4km from the gîte, will seduce you with its accrobranche course, quad biking, canoeing and paddle boarding. Lac des Moines, 1km away, offers a wide range of fishing activities, not forgetting the family ski resort of La Loge des Gardes, less than 21km away (summer and winter activities).
GITE MUST HAVE: bed linen (1st pair free, next pair €10/bed if required) and towels included. Socket for recharging guests' electric cars, slow charge only, payment of consumption extra. Heating and electricity at customer's expense, to be paid on site at end of stay.
