Located in the heart of the old town, the "Venice of the Alps", this renovated apartment offers modern comfort in a building full of history.
With a surface area of 36 m², this furnished apartment is located on the 1st floor of a secure, character building with no elevator.
Decorated and furnished in a contemporary style, it features a fully-equipped kitchen; a dining area with table and chairs; a sofa in the living room with TV; and a bathroom with shower and separate toilet.
In the bedroom: 1 double bed 160x200.

The apartment is located on rue du Pont Morens, in the heart of the historic center of Annecy, the Venice of the Alps! The area is very lively, with stores selling local and other products, restaurants and wine bars. The market is held 3 times a week, and for the lucky ones, the last Saturday of the month is the brocante! Just around the corner, the lake, the city center and the castle above us are just 5 minutes away.
The nearest parking lots are around 400 meters from the apartment. You can park at the Sainte-Claire parking lot (follow P4) or the Hôtel de Ville parking lot (follow P3).
Embarcadère (lake) and cycle path 400 m away, train station 700 m away. Geneva international airport 45 kms away.
To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage storage facility at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
