Situated in the Baugeois region, 30 minutes from Angers and Saumur, and close to the La Flèche Zoo (20 km), the "P "tite Angevine" welcomes you for a stay with family or friends. You can enjoy a wide range of activities in the surrounding area, including golf, horse-riding, festivals (opera or theater) in season, and the banks of the Loire, which are just 25 minutes from the gîte.
On the first floor, this village house next to the church offers a fully-equipped kitchen (oven, induction hob, microwave, etc.) with dining area, a living room with TV, a master bedroom with 160cm x 200cm double bed, and an en-suite shower room with walk-in shower. A laundry room (washing machine, cleaning equipment) and separate toilet are also located on the first floor.
Upstairs, the gîte has a shower room with double vanity unit and WC, and 3 attic bedrooms, each with a closet:
- one bedroom with a 140cmx190cm double bed
- one bedroom with two single beds (90cmx190cm)
- one bedroom with a cot (0-2 years) and a sofa-bed that can be used as an extra bed
The gîte benefits from an enclosed courtyard with a small terrace and a spacious shed from which you can admire the famous twisted bell tower of Vieil-Baugé. Garden furniture, a barbecue and deckchairs are available for you to enjoy during the summer months.
The gîte is just 5 minutes from Baugé, with its many shops and heritage-rich village (château and Apothicairerie de Baugé).
Baby equipment (cot, high chair, changing table, baby bath) is also available.
Two cars can be parked in the courtyard. Parking available on the church square next to the gîte.
Heating and electricity included. Wifi internet connection. Cleaning, bed linen and towels are optional.
