Hello, Very nice place but unfortunately, I made a reservation for a 2-bedroom apartment and in the apartment there was only one bedroom and 1 bed in the hallway. I had to leave on Thursday instead of Saturday as planned in my reservation. And there was a lot of damage to the accommodation. Too bad. All the best.

We had an excellent stay in a magnificent region. However, the accommodation we stayed in was old, with basic equipment and cleanliness that left much to be desired. The pool was also not what we had imagined, the spas were out of order, of the 2 saunas only one worked, no supervision at the pool leaving people totally independent, and therefore not respecting any rules! However, we were very well received by the staff, who were very polite and friendly, while remaining available. The environment and the small village of Saint Sorlin offer a wide range of activities, and the shopkeepers are warm and friendly. A breathtaking view of the mountains and atypical roads were a real eye-opener. However, the apartments and communal areas could do with a good refresh.

We really enjoyed the resort thanks to the multitude of activities offered by the Tourist Office, but we were very disappointed by the apartment and the residence in general. The jacuzzis are outdated and don't work, the sauna 1/2, and the communal areas are dirty. Apartment facilities reduced to the bare minimum (for 6 people we had 1 chest of 3 drawers and a 1-door cupboard). The toilets were leaking, reception came to see but the problem remained without any further intervention on their part, half the light fittings were working...

Very pleasant site and environment, very good welcome on site, but accommodation very dirty, cleaning not carried out on arrival, dilapidated apartment which has never undergone essential renovation work (bathroom, electrical appliances, floors and paint......).
