Located between Angers, Saumur and Cholet, this recently refurbished self-catering cottage in the heart of Anjou is ideal for exploring the Layon region.
You enter via a private terrace with parasol and no overlooking views. The 40m² living room has a very contemporary, modern industrial style. It features a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room and dining area. The convertible sofa can be used as a 2-person bed (140cm).
Go down 3 steps to reach the sleeping area:
- A first bedroom with a 160x200cm bed
- A second bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190cm) (can be joined or separated as required). This room leads to a mezzanine with a 140x190cm bed. This additional space is reached by a miller's ladder (ceiling under slope on both sides, with a maximum height of 2 meters).
Both bedrooms feature a large storage unit (closets and numerous shelves), a small desk and a shuttered door to the outside.

Outside, on the south-west side, you'll enjoy a large 17m² covered terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and a 50m² lawned area. The owners give you access to the swimming pool in front of their house, to be shared with the caravan.
Conditions: open from 10am to 12pm and 2pm to 6pm, from late April to early October (weather permitting). 4m x 8m, 1.10m to 1.50m deep. Unheated, but bathing possible under the low shelter.
For large families or groups, don't hesitate to rent the roulotte (ref H49g022908).
This gîte with swimming pool offers a variety of spaces, depending on the time of day, so you can choose to be in the shade or in the sun! The owners live on site in the part adjoining the gîte. Your private areas are well-defined.
During your stay, visit the local vineyards (the owners will be happy to advise you).
