Experience village life in Arêches, this typical mountain village in the Beaufortain region - family-oriented and on a human scale - in a peaceful setting. This self-contained apartment (furnished and equipped for 2/3 people) on the 1st floor of a chalet (there's no one below) is 2 steps from all amenities. Starting point for hikes and excursions in summer, all kinds of sports (climbing, cycling, tennis and swimming pool 5 km away, etc.) and 5 minutes from skiing in winter.
It comprises a living room with bed (1 pers.), a fully-equipped kitchen with dining area, a bedroom (bed 160 or 2x80) with beautiful south-facing balcony, a bathroom (shower) and a separate toilet. Not overlooked, the apartment enjoys unobstructed views of the mountains and village. Use of part of the garden - a meadow in the heart of the village (garden furniture with parasol).
Other parts of the apartment: storeroom (shared with the rarely-present owner, who stays in a completely separate area). Staircase and balcony.
Furnishings and fittings: Fully-equipped kitchen (stove with ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher and small electrical appliances) - New bathroom (with walk-in shower, washing machine). Living room: TV and DVD player
