Superb apartment with large balcony overlooking the lake!
Les Libellules is spectacularly located on the shores of Lake Annecy in the heart of Haute-Savoie, in the charming French village of Duingt.
From the balcony, you'll enjoy breathtaking views of Lake Annecy, Duingt castle and the surrounding mountains.

A spacious, modern, fully-equipped apartment on the fourth floor with elevator, sleeping 5 in comfort. It is electrically heated throughout and comprises a large living/dining room with east-facing balcony, open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms with a further west-facing balcony, bathroom and checkroom.
The apartment features a large living/dining room with exceptional views over Lake Annecy. Large glass doors open onto an east-facing balcony which is equipped with a bistro-style table and chairs - perfect for al fresco dining. From the balcony, which runs the length of the apartment, you can enjoy panoramic views of sparkling Lac d'Annecy, the Château de Duingt and the mountains framed by Dent du Cruet (1833 m) and La Tournette (2351m).The living room is furnished with a three-seater sofa bed and two single chairs. For entertainment, there's a TV, iPod docking station, DVD player and a selection of DVDs for all ages. Backgammon, chess, dominoes and other games are also available. The open-plan kitchen is next to the living room. It is equipped with a fridge-freezer, large oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and coffee machine. There's plenty of glassware, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans and all the other kitchen essentials.
The dining room is equipped with a round glass table and 5 chairs.
One of the bedrooms has a large double bed, the second bedroom has two single beds. Both bedrooms are well equipped with plenty of storage space in the form of wardrobes and drawers. Both have access to a west-facing balcony offering magnificent views of the mountains, the famous cycle path and Lake Annecy.
The family bathroom has a bath with shower, separate shower, toilet, bidet, washbasin and washing machine. The second bathroom has a toilet and washbasin.
No smoking and no pets allowed.

Direct access to the lake for swimming and water sports.
