Semi-detached house, not overlooked, in a fully enclosed courtyard. Kitchen equipped with oven, fridge-freezer... open to living room with TV, internet, DVD player (no air-conditioning). On the 1st floor, an air-conditioned bedroom with a 160x200cm bed, a shower room with separate toilet and a bathroom with washing machine. On the top floor, 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with sloping ceilings, one with 2 90x200cm beds and the other with 1 160x200cm bed. Salt-heated swimming pool below the gîte, measuring 9x4, depth 1.50m, with entrance by wide steps, secured by a roller shutter, shared with the owners and the other gîte, open from Easter to All Saints' Day. Bicycles can be stored in an outbuilding on site. Private parking in enclosed courtyard. Table tennis. Baby equipment: cot and high chair, bathtub. Linen provided, beds made up, end-of-stay cleaning €80, pool towels €5 per person. Enjoy the pleasure of a family vacation in a natural bubble just a stone's throw from the great sites of the Périgord. 2 gîtes on the same 1700 m2 fully enclosed property (24G1006 La Bichonelle - Chèvrefeuille) for a total capacity of 8 people, ideal for family gatherings or friends.
Privacy and heritage preserved thanks to the enclosed courtyard, the typical Périgord building and its stone outbuildings, remnants of former farming activities.
The bucolic view from the swimming pool will delight you. The best spot is under the magnificent chestnut tree.
For a moment of relaxation, there's a well-known local restaurant just 400m from the gîte.
