When we arrived, we immediately noticed that the shutter was broken, which we subsequently managed to reopen. The curtain rod was also damaged. In addition, previously used dirty sheets were on the beds and traces of mildew were present on the pillows. Lack of equipment: i.e. a mop in good condition, and household products.
