Hello everyone!
I'm renting a new 170m² chalet (de Luxe) (delivered at Christmas 2021) in Villard reculas, on the Alpe d'Huez ski area, spread over 3 floors and directly accessible from the slopes (ski room located 5 metres from the slopes). Located 150 metres (on skis) from the start of the ski lifts and the ESF. The resort is linked to Alpes d'Huez.
For 14 people, the chalet has :
- 4 bedrooms with double beds (one of which can be divided into two single beds),
- 2 bedrooms with 3 single beds,
- 4 bathrooms,
- 4 toilets, 3 of which are separate,
- a large kitchen-dining room
- a double lounge with fireplace
- a large sunny terrace
- two balconies on the 1st and 2nd floors

- private ski room with bench and boot warmer, entrance 10 metres from the piste
- 4 private covered parking spaces under the chalets
But above all, breathtaking views of the mountains! South and west facing.
Layout: Ski room on -1 floor, kitchen and dining room on ground floor, lounge and double bedroom on 1st floor, 5 bedrooms on 2nd floor.
Service: Reception of tenants, breakfasts on request (to be booked at the beginning of the week), sheets and towels (household linen), compulsory final cleaning.
