STUDIO CAPACITY

This 30m² apartment can accommodate up to 4 people, but your comfort will be compromised!

**We recommend a maximum of 3 people if you want to keep your personal space to a minimum.

Some groups prefer to stay closer together, so they can pay less. It's up to you to decide what's most important to you: comfort or conviviality :)

The apartment, located on the 4th floor of the Antarès residence, is arranged as follows:

- Large living room (not a real bedroom) with a double bed and a sofa/sleeping area (with a choice of 1 double bed or 2 single beds)
- A fully equipped kitchen

WHAT IS RISOULSKI?

RisoulSki is the name of the small structure we have created in Risoul to manage the 16 apartments we own in the resort. YOUR ADVANTAGES WHEN BOOKING WITH RISOULSKI

**1/ Reductions with Intersport in winter and summer, thanks to RisoulSki**.

- Winter: up to 50% discount on ski equipment.
- Summer: 25% discount on all rentals (except electric bikes).
- In summer and winter: 10% discount on your purchases.

**2/ An apartment at the foot of the slopes, a RisoulSki guarantee!

No need to carry your skis: a connecting piste runs right past the residence, giving you easy access to the ski area and the ski school meeting point. So you can put on and take off your skis right in front of your residence.

**3/ Free access to the Antarès residence swimming pool and sauna**.

- The swimming pool and sauna are open every day during the winter and summer seasons, from 10am to 7pm.
- During the 2024 summer season, the pool and sauna will be open from June 29, 2024 to August 31, 2024 inclusive.
- Outside these dates, the pool and sauna will be closed. These facilities are therefore closed outside the winter and summer seasons.
- Access to these facilities is not decided by RisoulSki, and may change at any time depending on measures decided by the authorities or the residence management.

**4/ Super-equipped accommodation with plenty of beds**.

Accommodation is designed to be practical and comfortable. Space has been optimized to accommodate a large number of beds, as well as plenty of storage space. RisoulSki enables families or groups of friends to get together in the same apartment, whether for the sake of being together or for financial reasons.

WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED IN THE RISOULSKI BOOKING PRICE

**1/ bed linen and towels**

You can choose :

- Either bring your own bed linen and towels

- Or you can rent them via RisoulSki: 11 €/single bed kit; 14 €/double bed kit; 5 €/large towel; 8 €/towel kit (one large and 2 small).

**2/ End-of-stay cleaning**

Cleaning is not included in the booking price, as we leave the choice up to you.

- You can either clean the apartment yourself, in which case you must return it in perfect condition.

- Or, after booking, you can take out the cleaning option for €60. All you have to do is clean the kitchen area, wash and put away the dishes, fold the comforters and take out the rubbish.

**3/ Arrival before 5 pm and departure after 10 am**.

At RisoulSki, check-in starts at 5pm, and check-out must take place before 10am, at the latest.

If you wish to enjoy the apartment for longer, this is possible (subject to availability). Here are the current rates:

- Arrival at 3pm: €40; Arrival at 1pm: €60; Arrival at 11am: €80

- Departure at 12pm: €40; Departure at 2pm: €60; Departure at 4pm: €80

**4/ Tourist tax**

Tourist tax (0.88€/pers/night) is not included in the price. It must be paid to RisoulSki after booking.

- Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, microwave oven, conventional oven, filter coffee maker, kettle, raclette/pierrade and fondue maker, toaster, blender and juicer. And plenty of crockery: plates, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans...
- Comforters, pillows and mattress protectors on each bed. Remember: bring your own bed linen or rent some!
- Plenty of storage space and sockets

- Cleaning equipment (everything is provided on site: household cleaner, toilet gel, sponge, dishwashing detergent, dishwasher tablets...)
- Your personal ski locker on level 0 of the residence

YOUR ANTARÈS RESIDENCE

- Superbly maintained 4-star residence, one of the newest and most comfortable in Risoul 1850.
- Very well located, right next to the first shops (open in winter and summer): grocery store, bread shop, ski rental, bars and restaurants...
- 5 min from resort center
- Swimming pool and sauna: open only during winter and summer seasons (see Tourist Office website for exact dates).
- At the foot of the slopes
- 3 elevators
- Free WIFI throughout the residence

ACCESS

You arrive and depart independently. The keys are in an electronic code box right in front of your residence. So you can arrive at any time you like, from 5pm onwards.

Check-out is by 10 a.m. at the latest.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

**1/ Deposit of 300€ to be secured BEFORE your arrival**

A deposit of 300€ must be secured by credit card before your arrival. This is done via the Swikly secure online deposit service.

The procedure is quick and easy: you'll receive an e-mail with a link to follow, 7 days before your arrival.

The €300 deposit is not debited from your card, nor is it blocked. It's simply a matter of checking that you have this amount in your bank account. What's more, you're better protected: Swikly manages your deposit, and any debit must be justified by us, with photos, invoices, etc. Swikly is far preferable to a cash deposit or even a credit card deposit, where the host has complete control over your money.

For these undeniable advantages, Swikly charges a €6.78 service fee, which is payable by our guests. We also pay a service charge ourselves.

**2/ Arrival and departure inventory of fixtures**

To make your arrival and departure as easy as possible, you can take care of the check-in and check-out yourself, using text and photos. The procedure is simple and easy to use.

**3/ Parking**

There is no specific parking at the residence, but a large number of free spaces are available in the immediate vicinity. There is also a paid covered parking lot in the resort center.

**4/ No breakfast**

RisoulSki rents apartments. This is not a hotel.

**5/ Cot and high chair on request**

We can provide you with a cot and a high chair if you request them. Please let us know as soon as possible, as we have a limited stock.

**6/ Pets allowed**

Pets are allowed at RisoulSki at no extra charge. However, they remain the responsibility of their owners.

**7/ Large groups**

It is possible to twin this apartment with other apartments in the same residence. Please contact RisoulSki!

OFF-SEASON

RisoulSki offers apartments and studios 365 days a year, even when the resort is closed. RisoulSki welcomes nature lovers and workers in all seasons.

**Outside the winter and summer seasons, the residence's swimming pool and sauna are closed**.

Off-season, the stores and restaurants are also all closed. Just do your shopping in the valley before going up to Risoul and you'll be on your own.

It's best to contact the Risoul Tourist Office for exact information on possible activities, services available, etc.
