DUPLEX CAPACITY

This 60m² apartment can accommodate up to 15 people, but your comfort will be compromised!

**We recommend a maximum of 8 people if you want to keep your personal space to a minimum.

Some groups prefer to stay closer together, so they can pay less. It's up to you to decide what's most important to you: comfort or conviviality :)

The apartment, located on the 6th floor of the Altaïr residence, is laid out as follows:

- One bedroom with triple bunk beds in the entrance hall
- Living room with 1 sofa/sleeping area (choice of 1 double or 2 single beds)
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Bathroom with bathtub
- WC
- Balcony with resort views

First floor:
- One bedroom with double bed and 2 bunk beds
- One bedroom with 2 x 2 bunk beds
- One bedroom with double bed + 3 beds on a wooden mezzanine (1 single mattress and 1 double mattress)

- A balcony with a view of the resort

YOUR ADVANTAGES WHEN BOOKING WITH RISOULSKI

**2/ An apartment at the foot of the slopes!

It's about 50 meters from the ski locker exit to the start of the ski area. From there, you're close to the meeting point for ski lessons.

**3/ Superbly equipped apartments with plenty of beds**.

The accommodation is designed to be practical and comfortable. Space has been optimized to provide plenty of beds, but also plenty of storage space. RisoulSki enables families or groups of friends to get together in the same apartment, whether for the sake of being together or for financial reasons.

WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED IN THE RISOULSKI BOOKING PRICE

**1/ bed linen and towels**

You can choose :

- Either bring your own bed linen and towels

- Or rent them via RisoulSki: 11 €/single bed kit; 14 €/double bed kit; 5 €/large towel; 8 €/towel kit (one large and 2 small).

**2/ End-of-stay cleaning**

Cleaning is not included in the booking price, as we leave the choice up to you.

- You can either clean the apartment yourself, in which case you must return it in perfect condition.

- Or, after booking, you can take out the cleaning option for €80. All you have to do is clean the kitchen area, wash and put away the dishes, fold the comforters and take out the rubbish.

**3/ Arrival before 5 p.m. and departure after 10 a.m. **3/ Arrival before 5 p.m. and departure after 10 a.m.

At RisoulSki, check-in starts at 5pm, and check-out must take place before 10am, at the latest.

If you wish to enjoy the apartment for longer, this is possible (subject to availability). Here are the current rates:

- Arrival at 3pm: €40; Arrival at 1pm: €60; Arrival at 11am: €80

- Departure at 12pm: €40; Departure at 2pm: €60; Departure at 4pm: €80

**4/ Tourist tax**

Tourist tax (0.88€/pers/night) is not included in the price. It must be paid to RisoulSki after booking.

EQUIPMENT IN YOUR RISOULSKI APARTMENT

- Free wifi
- Electric heating
- Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, microwave oven, conventional oven, filter coffee maker, kettle, raclette/pierrade and fondue maker, toaster, blender and juicer. And plenty of crockery: plates, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans...
- Comforters, pillows and mattress protectors on each bed. Remember: bring your own bed linen or rent some!
- Plenty of storage space and sockets
- Flat-screen TV
- Bluetooth speaker
- Cleaning equipment (everything is provided on site: household cleaner, toilet gel, sponge, dishwashing detergent, dishwasher tablets...)
- Your personal ski locker on level -1 of the residence

- Conveniently located, right next to the first shops (open in winter and summer): grocery store, bakery, ski rental, bars and restaurants...

- At the foot of the slopes: the ski area is about 50m away on foot

ACCESS

Arrival and departure are independent. The keys are in an electronic code box outside your apartment. So you can arrive at any time you like, from 5pm onwards.

Check-out is by 10 a.m. at the latest.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

**1/ Deposit of 300€ to be secured BEFORE your arrival**

A deposit of 300€ must be secured by credit card before your arrival. This is done via the Swikly secure online deposit service.

The procedure is quick and easy: you'll receive an e-mail with a link to follow, 7 days before your arrival.

The €300 deposit is not debited from your card, nor is it blocked. It's simply a matter of checking that you have this amount in your bank account. What's more, you're better protected: Swikly manages your deposit, and any debit must be justified by us, with photos, invoices, etc. Swikly is far preferable to a cash deposit or even a credit card deposit, where the host has complete control over your money.

For these undeniable advantages, Swikly charges a €6.78 service fee, which is payable by our guests. We also pay a service charge ourselves.

**2/ Arrival and departure inventory of fixtures**

To make your arrival and departure as easy as possible, you can take care of the check-in and check-out yourself, using text and photos. The procedure is simple and easy to use.

**3/ Parking**

There is no specific parking at the residence, but a large number of free spaces are available in the immediate vicinity. There is also a paid covered parking lot in the resort center.

**4/ No breakfast**

RisoulSki rents apartments. This is not a hotel.

**5/ Cot and high chair on request**

We can provide you with a cot and a high chair if you request them. Please let us know as soon as possible, as we have a limited stock.

**6/ Pets allowed**

Pets are allowed at RisoulSki at no extra charge. However, they remain the responsibility of their owners.

**7/ Large groups**

It is possible to twin this apartment with other apartments in the same residence. Please contact RisoulSki!

OFF-SEASON

RisoulSki offers apartments and studios 365 days a year, even when the resort is closed. RisoulSki welcomes nature lovers and workers in all seasons.

In the off-season, stores and restaurants are also closed. Just do your shopping in the valley before coming up to Risoul and you'll be on your own.

It's best to contact the Risoul Tourist Office for exact information on possible activities, services available, etc.
