1 - Its location is simply ideal. Everything is within walking distance, you're in the center of everything and you can get anywhere in town.
A 5-minute walk from the Palais des Festival and 5 from the beach (the nearest).
Nearby is the Rue d'Antibes: legendary for its many stores, restaurants and cafés, as well as the Croisette and its beaches, and the countless restaurants in the area. And just 3 min. from the Hotel de Ville, the shuttle bus to Nice airport.
2 - Its surroundings : Live in the heart of the real Cannes at the pace of its inhabitants! Our Studio is located next to the Marché Forville, Cannes' mythical Provencal market, where local producers come to sell their magnificent products, mornings from Tuesday to Sunday. On Mondays, there's an all-day flea market. It's an atmosphere like no other in Cannes, a place where Cannois and residents of neighboring towns come together for the market and a break in one of the many cafés and wine bars.
3 - Its style: We've renovated it in a streamlined style. In this space, everything is laid out for your comfort: a sitting area, a work area, a kitchen area, a sleeping area and a bathroom. Bright and unoverlooked, its balcony is perfect for dining up to 4 people.

Neighborhood
Rue Meynadier is Cannes' popular and historic shopping street. Pedestrianized from end to end, it's home to some of Cannes' best gourmet addresses. Just a few meters from the Forville market, the Allées de la liberté and the Vieux Port, it attracts crowds of onlookers every day.
Less than 10 minutes' walk from the apartment:
- Rue d'Antibes, famous for its many boutiques
- Rue Hoche for its cafés and restaurants
- The Carré d'Or district, famous for its bars, pubs, restaurants and cafés
- La Croisette for its luxury brands, palaces, private beaches, restaurants, snack and souvenir stands and artisanal Italian ice cream parlors.
Transit
Bus station and SNCF train station 10 minutes' walk away.
The "City Palm" shuttle bus is a free way to get around the heart of Cannes (Rue d'Antibes/Croisette).

Apartment located on the 3rd floor with elevator in a secure residence.
Linen is provided on arrival (one set of sheets per bed, one shower towel per person, one bath mat, one tea towel, one roll of toilet paper).
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the booking, but please wash the dishes and take out the rubbish before handing over the keys.
If you require cleaning during your stay and/or a change of sheets or towels, please contact our agency to arrange a quote for this additional service.
Pool/beach towels are not included.
Soap, dishwasher and washing machine detergents and coffee are not available.
