Space
This apartment is located in downtown Antibes, on the famous boulevard Albert Ier, linking the city center, the old town and the Salis district. Ideal for business trips or family vacations!
This apartment comprises:
- Entrance opening onto kitchen, sleeping area, living room
- Fully equipped independent kitchen opening onto a balcony for breakfast for two (hob, oven, microwave, espresso machine).
- Living room with large, comfortable corner sofa, TV WITHOUT CHAINS, ONLY WIFI ON MOLOTOV, YOUTUBE, NETFLIX... WIFI and a dining area with a lovely dining table for 4 in the living room opening onto a spacious balcony.
The sleeping area:
- Bedroom 1: double bed with closet and storage units, overlooking the residence's inner courtyard.
- Separate WC with washbasin
- Shower room: Italian-style shower, double washbasin.
- Bedroom 2: separates from the living room via a sliding door; double bed, closet storage, balcony overlooking the living room.
Interaction
I'm available by phone and WhatsApp and can move around if necessary throughout your stay. I'll be waiting for you at the entrance to the residence to welcome you and hand over the keys on your arrival. Please note that arrivals must be no later than 8 pm.
Access
Travelers have access to the entire apartment, except for closets in the hallway for the owner's personal use.
Neighbourhood
The apartment is located on Boulevard Albert Ier in Antibes, just 500 meters from Place du Général de Gaulle and 650 meters from the famous Picasso Museum in Antibes' old town.
In the surrounding area, you'll find numerous stores, restaurants and services. This location is ideal, as it's right next to the old town of Antibes, between the ramparts of this historic district, where it's great fun to get lost.
Transit
Bus stop 200 (to/from Nice airport) is a 2-minute walk from the apartment.
The train station is a 10-minute walk from the apartment.
Notes
To take full advantage of these pedestrian streets, we recommend that you park your car in one of the private parking lots, such as the Vinci, just a few meters from the apartment.
We offer luxury services: bed linen and shower towels are included in the rental price.
Cleaning is also included in the rental price. Dishes must be cleaned and rubbish disposed of.
Linen is provided on arrival (one set of sheets per bed, one shower towel per person, one bath mat, one tea towel, one roll of toilet paper).
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the booking, but please wash the dishes and take out the rubbish before handing over the keys.
If you require cleaning during your stay and/or a change of sheets or towels, please contact our agency to arrange a quote for this additional service.
Pool/beach towels are not included.
Soap, dishwasher and washing machine detergents and coffee are not available.
