This spacious two-bedroom apartment is located in the secure and luxurious Pierre & Vacances residence in the Le Francia building, situated on a hill just above Cannes offering breathtaking views of the bay of Cannes and the Esterel hills.
This apartment comprises:
- a spacious, bright living room with a comfortable terrace where you can enjoy a good meal
- a dining area between the living room and kitchen
- Open, fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, microwave, refrigerator and recycling system.
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140X200CM) with hangers and storage space (fan available)
- Bedroom 2: 2 single beds (90X200CM) with storage space above the beds
- Bathroom 1: shower, toilet
- Bathroom 2: bath, hairdryer
The building has a tennis court, which you are free to use if you wish. To reserve a court, you'll need to go to reception and check availability.
Here you also have access to two swimming pools! The first is located just below the apartment and is reserved for your building. However, the second pool is an infinity pool with stunning sea views as shown in the photos. Right next to this pool you have a restaurant and bar, where you are more than welcome to go.
(Restaurant and bar open from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m.).
There's also a small mini-market in the residence for you to use throughout your stay.
Laundry facilities are also available at extra cost.
This apartment has a private outdoor parking space.

Remarks
This apartment has convertible air-conditioning in the living room, but not in the bedrooms. However, you'll easily stay cool if you keep the doors open!
Access to the apartment has stairs, so it can be difficult if you have difficulty walking.
To access the pool, pool wristbands will be required for safety reasons. If you lose one, a charge of 50 euros will be deducted from your deposit.
On arrival, you will be issued with 4 wristbands.
The restaurant is open from April to October.
Swimming pool:
There is a compulsory sense of circulation and sanitization before and after the use of sunbeds and deckchairs. The latter are subject to a charge: €5 in the morning, €6 in the afternoon and €8 for the day.

- Since July 1, the supermarket has been open every day from 8am to 12pm and from 5pm to 8pm.

Document to be signed by each tenant
1 A deposit of 250€ will be requested from the seasonal tenants, upon their arrival and may not be returned for non - respect of one or more of these rules during their stay by you or the zoo copain often responsibility. In the event of proven exactions, this sum will be deducted from the owner's account by the Syndic, who will then retain the deposit.
2 Traffic and parking: A) Parking is prohibited on the entrance porch. B) In the reception courtyard, parking is authorized for 15 minutes only. C) Traffic and maneuvering in parking areas are not governed by the Highway Code. D) Speed and direction of traffic are governed by existing signs, which must be respected. In parking lots, it is forbidden to leave an engine running when stationary. F) Any incident or damage will result in reimbursement of repair costs. G) A vehicle may occupy only one parking space.
3 Access: A) Access is authorized only to occupants, personnel involved in the residence's activities, the building manager and registered companies. B) Codes must not be divulged under any circumstances.
4 The apartments : A) They are designed for a specific number of people. B) For safety reasons, insurance companies require that this number be respected. C) It is forbidden to hang laundry from windows or balcony railings, especially beach towels: use the bars fixed to the loggia walls, which are provided for this purpose. D) Please report any leaks, breakdowns or damage you notice in your apartment. E) Gas appliances are strictly forbidden.
5) Children: must not be left unsupervised.
6 Pets: A) Only dogs and cats are allowed in the residence. B) They must be kept on a leash, even on the ground floor, to ensure the safety and peace of mind of neighbors. C) You must pick up their droppings and make sure they respect the quiet and the environment of the residence. D) You must not leave your dogs alone in the apartments, as in your absence they will bark and disturb the neighbors.
7 Hygiene and cleanliness: a) Please use the garbage cans provided and respect the selective sorting system. B) Their location is indicated on the map provided to you and on the one displayed at reception. C) It is forbidden to store rubbish bags or garbage on the landings, even on a temporary basis, in order to avoid the proliferation of rodents or harmful insects, odours, and also for aesthetic reasons. D) Common areas (corridors, stairs, elevators, parking lots, etc.) must be kept clean. E) All paper, packaging and cigarette butts must be disposed of in the garbage cans and ashtrays provided.
8 Respect for others: A) Spitting and urinating in common areas are forbidden. B) Religious events are strictly forbidden on terraces and in common areas. C) Smoking and odor-producing activities are prohibited. D) Ball games are forbidden outside the designated play area. D) Any noise or disturbance of any kind whatsoever, disturbing the peace and quiet of the occupants, is strictly forbidden, even if it takes place inside the apartments. E) The use of drugs is prohibited throughout the residence. F) The consumption of alcohol in common areas is forbidden. G) Occupants are asked to limit noise emanating from the apartments (TV, music), particularly on terraces and balconies, and to keep property out of the way. I) Prolonged gatherings in common areas at late hours are prohibited. J) We ask you to respect the rules of life in your residence for your own comfort and that of your neighbors.
9 Work: No noise is permitted during the months of July and August.
10 Responsibility: A) You are responsible for the people accompanying you and for their behavior. B) You are also responsible for your guests and tenants. C) Any disturbance likely to jeopardize security or peace of mind must be reported to Security at ...........................
11 Deposit of any kind: A) No co-owner, worker or occupant of the building may encumber the entrances, vestibules, corridors, landings, stairways, courtyards and other common areas, nor allow anything to remain on the common areas. B) Under no circumstances may the corridors be used as garages for bicycles, motorcycles or children's cars. C) It is strictly forbidden to deposit rubble and bulky items in the parking lots; they must be taken to the waste disposal center, or removed by ALLO MAIRIE, at your request.
