This apartment is located in the center of Antibes, just a stone's throw from the town center and the old town. Ideal for business trips or family vacations!
Ideal location 100m from Place de Gaulle and 300m from the old town, less than 10 min walk from La Gravette beach.
This apartment comprises:
- Fully-equipped open kitchen opening onto living room with dining area, sofa bed, coffee table. All overlooking a beautiful terrace for lunch for 6 people.
- Bathroom with double washbasin and large bathtub.
- Two bedrooms with double beds and closets. One bedroom has a terrace.
At the foot of the building, a Q Park parking lot offering weekly rates of 63€ or 9€ per day.
Interaction
I'm available by phone and WhatsApp, and can travel to you if necessary throughout your stay. I'll be waiting for you at the entrance to the residence to welcome you and hand over the keys on your arrival. Please note that arrivals must be no later than 8 pm.

Neighbourhood
The apartment is located on Avenue Robert Soleau, just 100 meters from Place du Général de Gaulle and 550 meters from the famous Picasso Museum in Antibes' old town.
In the surrounding area, you'll find numerous stores, restaurants and services. This location is ideal, as it's right next to the old town of Antibes, between the ramparts of this historic district, where it's great fun to get lost.
Transit
Bus stop 200 (to/from Nice airport) is a 2-minute walk from the apartment.
The train station is a 10-minute walk from the apartment.
Notes
To take full advantage of these pedestrian streets, we recommend that you park your vehicle in one of the private parking lots, such as QPark Jean-Marie Poirier, located at the foot of the residence.
We offer luxury services: bed linen and shower towels are included in the rental price.
Cleaning is also included in the rental price. Dishes must be cleaned and rubbish disposed of.
Linen is provided on arrival (one set of sheets per bed, one shower towel per person, one bath mat, one tea towel, one roll of toilet paper).
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the booking, but please wash the dishes and take out the rubbish before handing over the keys.
If you require cleaning during your stay and/or a change of sheets or towels, please contact our agency to arrange a quote for this additional service.
Pool/beach towels are not included.
Soap, dishwasher and washing machine detergents and coffee are not available.
