This two-bedroom ground floor apartment comprises:

Neighborhood
This apartment is located in the famous Antibes district known as "l'Ilette". Known for its fine sandy beaches and superb seaside atmosphere, Plage du Ponteil and Plage de la Salis are the last beaches in Antibes before entering Cap d'Antibes. One of Antibes' best-known beaches, it attracts many holidaymakers in summer.
This beach is in direct contact with the road. Families with children will therefore prefer the better-protected Plage du Ponteil (200 m away).
Beautiful views of Cap d'Antibes, the old town and the small fishing port of La Salis. All shops in the immediate vicinity: bakery, grocery store, pharmacy, tobacconist 100 meters from the apartment.
Transit
To get to the beach from downtown Antibes, take Avenue Albert 1 er, then at sea level turn right towards Cap d'Antibes. The beach is just before Cap d'Antibes (always keep to the left when driving along the seafront).
Antibes SNCF train station 1.5 km away.
By car: A8 freeway, Antibes exit
Nice airport (a bus brings you close to the apartment)
Notes
We offer luxury services: bed linen and shower towels are included in the rental price.
Cleaning is also included in the rental price. Dishes must be cleaned and rubbish disposed of.
Linen is provided on arrival (one set of sheets per bed, one shower towel per person, one bath mat, one tea towel, one roll of toilet paper).
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the booking, but please wash the dishes and take out the rubbish before handing over the keys.
If you require cleaning during your stay and/or a change of sheets or towels, please contact our agency to arrange a quote for this additional service.
Pool/beach towels are not included.
