In the heart of the old town in the pedestrian zone, this fully renovated, air-conditioned apartment is ideal for a 2-person stay!
This studio was refurbished in January 2022 and boasts great facilities such as WIFI, reversible air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bathroom and a laundry area with washing machine and coat rack.

Space

Old Antibes is famous for its charming old fishermen's houses. This one has been completely renovated, but still retains its old beams and tiles.
This charming 24m² air-conditioned studio is ideally located in the pedestrian zone, allowing you to enjoy the old town of Antibes on foot. The apartment is tastefully decorated. The apartment is close to all amenities.

It comprises :

- a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people
- A fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, with a breakfast nook for 2 at the bar.
- Dishwasher, oven, kettle, coffee machine
- A shower room and toilet with heated towel rail and hairdryer

Transit

By train: Antibes SNCF station 5 minutes' walk away
By car: A8 freeway, Antibes exit (subscription to QPARK secure parking 100m from the apartment) approx. 60 euros/week
By plane: Nice airport (a bus brings you close to the apartment)
By bus: Bus N°200 Stop "PLACE DE GAULLE - ANTIBES ".
We can pick you up at the train station (subject to availability). Please ask in advance.

Notes

You can visit the whole region even without a car. The Antibes SNCF train station is a 5-minute walk away, so you can easily get to Juan les Pins, Cannes, Nice, Monaco, Vingtimille (Italy) or San Remo (Italy) for their famous markets.

The apartment is located on the first floor of the residence. When you open the shutters in the living room, you'll have direct access to the Fourmillière pedestrian street! For your privacy, curtains will be inside!

Linen is provided on arrival (one set of sheets per bed, one shower towel per person, one bath mat, one tea towel, one roll of toilet paper).

End-of-stay cleaning is included in the booking, but please wash the dishes and take out the rubbish before handing over the keys.

If you require cleaning during your stay and/or a change of sheets or towels, please contact our agency to arrange a quote for this additional service.

Pool/beach towels are not included.

Soap, dishwasher and washing machine detergents and coffee are not available.
