Atypical little cottage in the heart of Antibes' old town, in the historic district. The little house was completely renovated in 2021 and is perfect for a stay with friends or family. It's fully equipped, with convertible air conditioning and wifi.

This charming maisonette is ideally located on rue de Fersen in the old town of Antibes. It is composed as follows:
- entrance with separate toilet
- open, fully-equipped kitchen with spacious dining bar (can also be used as a workspace)
- living room with comfortable sofa and smart TV (no channels, only access to internet applications)
on the second floor, there's a bedroom with a double bed, a small desk for working and a window overlooking rue de Fersen.

The furnishings are recent and the apartment is very clean, in a refined style renovated in 2018.
Transit
Everything is within walking distance. Located in a pedestrian zone, just stroll through the narrow streets and enjoy the nearby stores.
Public parking close to Port Vauban is available for your vehicle.
Antibes SNCF train station is a 5-minute walk away.
By car: A8 freeway, Antibes exit

Notes
The maisonette is not suitable for wheelchair users due to the stairs and steps.
The floors are open to each other (no doors). The bathroom is open to the second bedroom.
The TV has no channel, but has access to smart TV applications.
Linen is provided on arrival (one set of sheets per bed, one shower towel per person, one bath mat, one tea towel, one roll of toilet paper).
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the booking, but please wash the dishes and take out the rubbish before handing over the keys.
If you require cleaning during your stay and/or a change of sheets or towels, please contact our agency to arrange a quote for this additional service.
Pool/beach towels are not included.
Soap, dishwasher and washing machine detergents and coffee are not available.
