Apartment on beautiful Place Amiral Barnaud that can accommodate up to 3 travelers for business or family stays! Ideally located in the old town of Antibes, you'll be in the heart of its historic district, close to all amenities.

Pretty studio with mezzanine in Antibes town center, in the pedestrian zone of the old town. This 25 m2 studio with mezzanine bedroom is ideal for family vacations.
It is composed as follows:
- small kitchenette opening onto the living room with fridge, filter coffee maker, kettle, hob, oven, crockery, microwave oven
- dining area with table for 2 people
- sofa bed 120x200 CM.

Neighborhood
Ideally located in a pedestrian street for a great vacation (private parking nearby).
The beautiful and typical district of old Antibes. An area full of charm, with its narrow streets, ramparts, port, beaches, shops and restaurants.
Numerous markets throughout the week, including the famous Provencal market. Vacation atmosphere guaranteed! You'll be charmed by this popular vacation area!
You're just a 10-minute walk from "La Gravette" beach.
Transit
The Antibes SNCF train and bus station is a 10-minute walk from the accommodation.
By car, the journey from Nice airport takes about 20/30 minutes, depending on traffic.
If you don't have a car, you can either take a cab from the airport, or a bus (n°250) that will drop you off at Place du Général de Gaulle in Antibes (a 5-minute walk from the accommodation).
Notes
Cleaning is included in the rental price. Dishes must be cleaned and rubbish disposed of.
A set of sheets will be provided on arrival for each bed (depending on the number of guests booked) + 1 medium-sized shower towel per person on arrival.
If you require additional linen, shower towels or mid-stay cleaning, please contact our agency for a quote on additional services.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor of the building without elevator.
There is no washing machine in the apartment, but there is a launderette just a 1-minute walk away.
Departures are at 10 a.m.
Linen is provided on arrival (one set of sheets per bed, one shower towel per person, one bath mat, one tea towel, one roll of toilet paper).
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the booking, but please wash the dishes and take out the rubbish before handing over the keys.
If you require cleaning during your stay and/or a change of sheets or towels, please contact our agency to arrange a quote for this additional service.
Pool/beach towels are not included.
Soap, dishwasher and washing machine detergents and coffee are not available.
